A History Full of Flavor

Jack Graci is from Castropilippo, Sicily, and has been in the food industry since 1984. He strives to share his passion for the good food back from the countryside.
As a good 'paisano' he follows the original Italian home-made style recipes for every item on his menu; from delectable pastas to delicious meats, seafood and -of course!- pizzas.
